The property was exactly as shown in the pictures and was incredibly clean and cozy. the hotel-quality bedding and towels made our stay feel luxurious and were definitely great value for money. the location was fantastic as it was close to many attractions in the area, such as Clacton Pier and Essex. We had a blast exploring the nearby places and making cherished memories as a family. the availability of games in the house also added to the fun and made our nights even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again in the future. Highly recommend it!
While our stay overall was great, there were a few minor drawbacks. the cleanliness of the house was not up to our expectations.

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, with a cozy and clean atmosphere that made us feel right at home. the hotel-quality bedding and towels provided a luxurious touch and added great value to our stay. the location is ideal, offering easy access to attractions like Clacton Pier and Essex. the variety of games available kept us entertained during our nights in. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!
One small downside was the lack of a welcome pack upon arrival, such as milk, oil, and butter. It would have been nice to have these essentials, especially when arriving late with no shops open.

I absolutely loved the free private parking. It was such a thrill to find a spot just for me. And the complimentary WiFi? Oh, it made me feel so connected to the world, while I enjoyed my cozy stay in the garden.
Oh, and don't even get me started on the abundance of parking spaces and the hassle of having WiFi available everywhere. How inconvenient!
